Food From Malacca- Jonker street

This is a traditional sweet. In Chinese we call it as '' ting ting tang" (RM 2.00 per packet), '' tang" means sweet. This is a kind of traditional sweet and it is very popular in Malacca. In the same time, they also sell ''mai ya tang''(RM 1.50 per stick)  it also a kind of traditional sweet, it is very sticky. It will stick on your teeth, but it taste very nice.

This is ''otak-otak'' it's taste very different from other places. It is very delicious and popular in Malacca. Even the '' HOCHAK'' TV program also come and interview them about their "otak-otak''.

This is pineapple cookies. It's make by Nyonya, it is very crispy and taste good. while it just cost RM8.00 per box, it is a kind of traditional cookies in Malacca.

 This is chicken rice ball. It is very special food because they twist the rice into a round shape like a ball. And you eat the rice ball with their famous "Hainan" chicken. It's taste is different from the others chicken rice.

This is candy haws on the stick, in Chinese we call it '' bing tang hu lu''. They sell strawberry and grape, while you can have chocolate and traditional sweet flavour as your topping. It is very good choice as your dessert. It's cost RM 2.50 per stick.


This is Durian Crispy Roll. While, Durian Crispy Roll we only can found it in Malacca. It is very delicious and cheap. 3 pieces of Durian Crispy Roll only cost us RM 5.00, is a best choice to try it.

This is coconut ''tomyam'' seafood. Is Baba and Nyonya food. It is has a very special taste when you eat the "tomyam" soup with the fresh coconut meat it is very different when we eat the ''tomyam" seafood without the coconut meat.
